TNT hacking/virus/IT failure

Just found out a large (and urgent) shipment from China is caught up in the TNT IT systems failure. They have not been able to clear anything through customs because they rely totally on their computer systems. This has been going on for a week already.

Is anyone else affected and does anyone have any other information?

Ah, so im not the only one slowly going mad and soon to have a hernia. My shipment from China was due to me on the 27th June. It was at Customs the day the cyber attack happened and TNT have absolutely no bloody clue where it is or what to do. I get the same response - why else would they try to help little me - and i must just wait it out. Sadly, i was told they need to rebuild every individual server and was told there are hundreds of thousands to do globally. Was told i won't see my parcel for weeks. I have a trade show this weekend which i invested a lot of money in. My first trade show. Now, i have no new product to show. Bad times.
