Tips on getting to market

WrightPsychology

Hi All,

Looking for advice on how to get to market?

We are a new start up called Wright Psychology and we help leisure and hospitality (not excluding others) companies to generate more profit by selling more or retaining customers. We do this via training and/or implementation of in-house marketing.

The problem we're facing is that leisure and hospitality businesses are reluctant to even entertain the idea.

Currently we're trying to establish credibiltiy by offering a NLP and Personal Training course that gives personal trainers the tools they need to work on their clients inner game aswell. This has achieved enquiries however no bookings.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Here is an idea you probably haven't thought of.

Why not join a leading UK business forum and post enough innocuous 2 line posts to the point where you are permitted to add a link to your content, and then post a link back to your site using the anchor text of your own brand.

Then people like me might then look at your link.

Being in the website business I am tempted to pass some constructive comments about your website, however free members are not allowed website reviews. (it would be worth the £40 fee, you would get lots of constructive comments, and you could add you link in your signature and lots of UK businesses do see it - I have no affiliation to UKBF its just my experience)

Apart from that, all I can think of, is it s very difficult times, so any sales pitch needs to include how what you offer will save money or increase sales.

I do not appreciate this reply. If I had wanted to advertise in a sly manner then I definately wouldn't have targetted the start up clinic which is not my target market.

I posted the link to allow people to grab more details.

The bit in bold: Thank you for this.
