Time and Project Management

Hi all

Not sure if this is the correct section for my question.

I'm currently managing 12 consultants who work for different clients in different countries.

Up till now, they were submitting time sheets which was sufficient. But now my management want to see each of their projects broken down into tasks per country

Example:

EE1 on Monday 7th May:

2 Hours on Client 1 in Country 1 working on Task 1
3 Hours on Client 2 in Country 1 working on Task 4
1 Hour on Client 1 in Country 2 working on Task 2

EE2 on Monday 7th May:

2 Hours on Client 1 in Country 1 working on Task 1
5 Hours on Client 3 in Country 6 working on Task 2
1 Hour on Client 3 in Country 2 working on Task 2

I'm looking for some Time Management software (either hosted or the software itself) that allow my guys to submit their time/tasks sheets and then for me to analyse the consolidated lists.

Can anyone recommend such software?

Hi Krash

Analysis only done on time. The PM will be doing their own analysis and they use MS Project.

So basically how much time was spent on say "system build" and does this vary across the difference countries.

As an example, in Holland the system build might take our guys 6 hours where in Ireland, it may take only 4. I need to know why... Just an example

So like a time sheet format (Mon - Sun) across the top but then the rows will be
Client Name, Country, Tasks and then the time it took. Something like this:


Client Country Task Mon Tues Wed Thur Fri
Client 1 UK System Build 2 4 5
Client 1 Ireland Reporting 4 4 5
Client 2 Germany System Build 4 5 6 7
