Good evening firstly I appreciate any feedback given about this thread.
So my idea I have had for a few years now and I have acted on it and built my beer/cider pump. Trike with a keg and pump.

I live in a sea front area in the UK so I would cycle it to the sea front and sell my alcohol there.

I no I would need a seller's licence but would it be the council that would object against it?
What other issues would I face?

Thanks

Certainly going need a licence both alcohol and street trader, but may also be worth checking out first the areas you wish to ply your goods as many areas are now designated 'Alcohol Free Zones' especially around a lot of sea side towns, so might be worth a ride around and check before you start applying

Beaches = family, kids, fish & chips

Alcohol served to British people on a warm day = lots of litter, aggressive behaviour and always ends badly.

Beach becomes known as a no go boozy mess.

I just can’t see you getting a license to do this
