Hello, was previously a member as "complete Property" a few years back but not in that game any more.

I've been running an eBay/Amazon/Facebook store for over a year now with reasonable success. opening a Shop local to me in the new year to hopefully add some extra income to the model also.

Main reason for joining again is to get some advice on my new website. looking to stretch into the high quality furniture market, online only, using mainly dropship,

My site is built although not quite finished and I have advise off a online marketing and ad-words expert ready to go. if there is any experts in here I would love to also hear your opinions or maybe ask you a few questions

Hello Homeswarehouse, welcome. I like the webaite, I did work a bit in ecommerce so I had a look from curiosity :) Nice colours, one little observation: homeswarehouse.co.uk / product-category / furniture when you hover over the images it should say "view details" not "add to cart", this can be off-putting as people are not ready to add it to their cart yet.
Fell free to throw back at me any comments about mine :) hbcostadelsolproperties.com
Enjoy the site!

Welcome HomeWareHouse to the forum, hope you will find here all you came back for.
Regarding your web page- it looks impressive, I would add only two things- offering product sets- selling trough lookbook (same like way IKEA push the market) and products configurators.
Customers need a bit of advice and a bit of customization- personal approach.
Another thing is platform behind your operations. Since you have mentioned drop-shipping as a business model, eBay/Amazon/Facebook as additional marketing channel it would be good to have one solid administration panel to manage all the orders and operations. POS application synchronized with warehouse management system will protect you from customer misleading or let you agree with so called controlled damage;). What I do miss is the loyalty program. What about other marketing tools- I believe working with existing customers database is the best you can do to build up solid cash flow in a long run.
