This must exist?

Hope you all had a good xmas.

I am looking for something that must exist

A POP up diary for my computer, so at 9am it says DO THIS.. at 10am DO THIS.. and so on

I found TASK SCHEDULER but this is only for running programmes, it will not let me do a simple prompt or email (both are not available oddly)

So i am 100% this must exist, anyone got a suggestion on where i can get this.

Idea is, i input, fixed tasks in advance and so have prompts for the month telling me what needs done, taking the thought out of it..

thanks

Google Calendar user here as well. I use it to send me email notifications and pop-up notifications on my phone.

Works really well on Android (although the new calendar client they recently released sucks compared to the old one) not sure about on iOS though.

Sign up for an Exchange Only account with Office 365. Get Outlook on your PC.

Then you can connect your phone, tablet, laptop, pc / any other device.

Everything you put in your calendar on your phone will appear as a reminder on all other devices and vice versa. Costs less than £40/year.

Calendar or To do list?

Most calendars have the option to set reminders. I use the calendar add on for Thunderbirds email package and it can display reminders and sync with my Google Calendar (which I don't actually use) which then syncs with my Phone calendar (that can also display reminders.

If you are looking for a task manager rather than an appointment/calendar then you want to be searching for/googling "To Do List". There are probably several thousand out there. My current favourite is "Todoist" https://todoist.com which is available on multiple formats.
