That really depends on your programming skills. Have you had a look at the Twitter API? Take a look at all the Twitter tools that other developers have created, and see if you can think of something that nobody else has thought of yet. Mind you, it'll be pretty pointless if you don't use Twitter yourself... why don't you have another try at Twitter and see if you can change your mind about it?

You could also join Twitter, get a bunch of people to follow you, then ask them what sort of Twitter tool they'd like you to develop. If your skills are up to it, you've got a ready-made market

No - all three appear to be just a collection of links or retweets. I am not interested in a mass of marketing appearing in my feed. I have started unfollowing people who never post anything 'human'.

If there are postings in there about yourself, I must have missed them and apologise but they would appear to be hidden by the marketing.

My @SEOSpy account is just that... A search marketing news feed, all three do contain human posts however, I've just been really busy these last few weeks and haven't interacted on Twitter much.
