The poor will be sterilised

Well im not too happy paying for her, let her sell one of her palaces lol
I think they should knock down Buckingham palace and build a nice council estate :D:D:D

I'd like to see her put in a good days real work, rather than walking around collecting flowers, waving and smiling all day!

So let me get this right, I am the only person here who doesn't think that people should not receive financial incentives to reproduce? REALLY??

I broadly agree, and especially as you say, pumping money in at the bottom end and encouraging growth of the least productive and, I'll just go ahead and say it, genetically weaker segment of society.

I did not say a thing about receiving financial incentives to have children (I agree thats wrong). I do have a problem with you telling me my son is not an achievement. Yes perhaps any 'moron' can 'reproduce' but I'm sure most people who have kids will also agree that they are an achievement.

The very fact that most people think theirs was an achievement kind of means it wasn't. Everyone manages it, so it's nothing special.

two seperate things at play here. Having the child - most people manage it without much bother. Having a child that grows into someone to be proud of - thats an achievement usually, as the parents have input...

So I'm genetically weak because I'm considered to be at the bottom as I live on a council estate/have a poorer background? Man you really have a stinking attitude and I don't know what you're doing on this forum. You're a insulting wind-up clerk who has nothing better to do then try and belittle others. All you do is jump into peoples threads with put downs. I agree you probably are VeraJ really and not a business related person in any form. It's people like yourself who shouldn't be 'produced'.

Not necessarily, but it's likely. There are plenty of exceptions, though - I myself am on benefits and am utterly unemployable, but still I am perhaps the finest example of Homo sapiens alive today. Generally, though, yes of course it is less intelligent folk who remain at the bottom of the pile and complain about external barriers to their ascension.

You get plenty of dipshits in the upper classes as well, mind you.

Bizgurl, this is the business brain who was going to start a cycle courier company, then wanted to know about fruit and veg and then to top it all of started a thread about busking.

There's a huge gap in the market for cycling musicians delivering vegetables.

I actually think he/she/it is someone with half a brain who is slightly deluded and believes that they are better than they are.

It's a fine delusion to keep, I would recommend it to anyone.

Then again what do I know, Im genetically weaker :|:|

Really? In another thread:

I expect we'll get a full school-holiday off, because our clients won't be working much either.

Are you in business or not? Make up your mind.

Being unemployable and being in business aren't contradictory states - in fact I'd say they're pretty well correlated, haha.

That really isn't anything laugh worthy. On benefits yourself yet put down other people who aren't in a great position. I'm not even going to waste another keystroke replying to 'you'.

Oi Vanny, watch your mouth.
Hasting is a leader of teenage pregnancies in Europe. As everybody knows, teenage girls are fitter for breeding the next generation of taxpayers rather than those geriatric mothers: young blood is healthier, (ask the OP), so Hastings is contributing to the future of the nation, providing a pool of fit, robust citizens.....

And as for it being an achievement to bring kids up: that is what you are supposed to do. Is it prizes for all now? A prize for procreating, a prize for simply raising your kids properly? Pats on the back for being alive?
Perhaps we could have medals though, medals for all the hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people who lead decent lives with nice kids on council estates all over the country and who don't have a chip about being looked down upon. Thinking you are looked down upon is assuming a victim status, and thinking you are a victim often makes people treat you like a victim.

Maybe people who want to be victims actually are from the shallow end of the gene pool.

BTW I think In1980 is a reincarnation of The Master: same sort of claw hammer to the head humour and absurd windups.

All other things being equal, but this is often counteracted by reduced social status and the generally reduced intelligence of teen mothers, poor diet during pregnancy and then during infancy for the child, usual lack of fathers, and negative influences from their lower-class family and friends.

Maternal age (and indeed to some extent paternal age) really is a huge factor in the potential health of a child, though. When I wish to generate some clones I will seek a young vessel for my children.

Have any of you actually read what he said?

Quote: "We're going to have a system where the middle classes are discouraged from breeding because it's jolly expensive. But for those on benefits, there is every incentive. Well, that's not very sensible."

Where does he say the poor should not breed?

Don't be ridiculous, why would anyone care what he actually said? We all know that he meant that people who earn under 50k should be castrated and immigrants should be gassed and dumped into the North Sea.

This has the making of a damn fine plan, the thing with gassing people, could we add old people, smelly people and those who don't know how to parallel park to the list, I don't like them.

Castrating people who earn less then £50k, could be a problem in a few years. I mean who will be left to serve burgers and man insurance companies call centres. I suppose I'll be dead by then, so who cares?? Lets crack on!!!!

If we are going to go ahead with this, we could probably be doing with a short bloke in a dodgy 'tache to front the operation.
