The Most Flawed Retail Ideas...

Strange that GN. To be honest, I can't see what reason they'd have to just come out with it and say "We're closing our Sheffield branch, thank you for your support."

There is absolutely no reason to feel embarrassed or empowered to lie to the consumers in this instance. A birdy told me that their Nottingham shop has been closed for some while but I cannot verify that.

I would imagine the guy who runs it still wants to dupe potential franchise holders to give him £50k and that it is a viable business model. Removing all signs of "failure" means people wont run a mile. Very devious.

Although I would think people would do their research about the franchise before handing over £50k (which is what I believe the initial franchise fee to be).

Another message appeared on Sugarcanes page from a disgruntled contractor last night - looks like they havent been paid yet for a full shopfit :D

Lol yeah, somebody asked him if he works there, obviously suspicious that he did and he said "No, but my friends do" Friends? What, more than one? In a sweetshop? Either he's well connected or shot himself in the foot.

Proud Prestonian Benny ‎3 weeks without sugar Ah well off to the graveyard to dig my own grave

Look at the time gap, they don't even do it subtly. If you're going to create a spoof account, atleast get the basics right lol.
