Alrighty There People!

I've got to say, I am well pleased with myself!

My joke book, The Laughter File, is now available to purchase from Amazon.co.uk!

Because it is POD (Print on Demand) it is listed as temporarily out of stock (because no one has bought it yet ), but as soon as it is purchased, it gets printed and sent to the buyer.

Just thought that I would share it all with you - not big news, I know, but simple things please simple minds!

Congrats for getting it, erm, 'published'. Does it worry you that people in the 'must have it now' frame of mind might pass it by because it is 'not in stock'?

Personally I would look for an alternative book that was available? Perhaps I'm just in too much of a hurry all the time...

You could always have say 5 printed off as 'stock' so that people could have it straight away?

To me, and I may be a complete baffoon, that seems like an odd method. Trying to promote a product but saying it is 'unavailable'... Ehm???

Come on guys, I'd like to sell you al one of these fantastic new widgets of mine but - shame - they're all unavailable right now. Buy one though, go on, please, cos then they will be available...

Obviously it works.
