The extract from the commercial register

I have a limited company registered in England. In Germany the local authorities require the extract from the commercial register (Auszug aus dem Handelsregister). Could you please tell me which document in the UK corresponds to this German extract from the commercial register?

Perhaps, this can be Certificate of Good Standing? But, unfortunately, in Germany they told me that Certificate of Good Standing corresponds to the criminal record certificate/copy of the criminal record. However, as far as I know, there is no criminal record for companies in the UK.

Unfortunately, the official in the local authority told me explicitly that he won't take my Certificate of Good Standing, because he needs exactly the extract from the commercial register (which simply does not exist in the UK).

Then I thought that, perhaps, this may be COMPANY REGISTER INFORMATION, which I can download from WebCHeck of Companies House - there is a link 'Order information on this company' where I may download 'Current Appointments Report' - and in 10 minutes here http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//docdwnld I may download RTF or TIFF document called 'Company Register Information'.

If I log in the system WebFiling of Companies House, there is a link 'Request email of current company information' - in 2 hours I will get a PDF document 'COMPANY INFORMATION'.

What do you think?.
Thank you for your opinion.

Unfortunately, the local authorities won't take Certificate of Incorporation because there is no registered office address and Director's name.
The local official explicitly explained that this extract from the commercial register should contain the Director's name and registered office address.
And, at the same time, he said that he won't take Certificate of Good Standing (which contains this information!).
Sheer bureaucracy!
