I have a question.Knowing that here might be potential issues created when employees use their personal social media accounts while at the office, possibly affecting productivity, data security and network security. Contact among employees on social media can open the employer to possible legal issues.
I understand that social media may be utilized in a variety of methods by organizations. Teams can use wikis to manage projects, share best practices, and conduct case studies. When and how should the employer draw the line?
