Terms & Conditions and privacy policy for website selling trough PayPal help

Hi there folks,

May be a silly question but I've recently made available an english version of my company's website (previously only in spanish due to nature of our business) and need to find help on how to write down a proper Privacy policy to comply with Data protection laws, diclaimer and Terms & conditions.

We take payments at the moment only trough PayPal, but at the same time, for security and anti fraud purposes, we keep in our database details from buyers like full name, address, email and telephone number (not finantial information at all as PayPal deals directly with that).

Any advice as to where to find templates I could use as guidance or particular companies that deal directly with this?

I just want to be compliance with any data protection laws applicable.

Yes, it is a start! Thank you! I suppose I could also end up doing what I wanted to avoid, just copying them from a website providing similar services and change words and sentences here and there. Is that a normal practice as I think it is?

Can't say for others but it's what I did.

Don't forget if you use google ads you can also download the statement they provide to opt-in opt-out of ads
