Terms and Conditions

Hi,

I am currently getting our accounts department into the 21st century and have been asked to produce a terms and conditions document for our customers.

I am not sure what needs to go into this document. Any ideas?

Any help would be much appreciated as I have to find this stuff out off my own back usually!!

This is a legal issue rather than accounts, so you might want to post in that section of the forum. Some of the contributors will be able to help you.

For example Lime One have various versions for sale on their website, but if you need to tailor them then you might well need advice

Through an arrangement with Abbey Legal services, legal help is available at competitive rates to FSB members.

Perhaps this would be a good opportunity to consider FSB membership?
