Terms and Conditions

Hi,

I am currently getting our accounts department into the 21st century and have been asked to produce a terms and conditions document for our customers.

I am not sure what needs to go into this document. Any ideas?

Any help would be much appreciated as I have to find this stuff out off my own back usually!!

Thanks,

Chris

One of the many benefits of FSB membership is the very comprehensive list of fact sheets and document templates covering Business Law, Employment Law and Taxation Matters.

Through an arrangement with Abbey Legal services, legal help is available at competitive rates to FSB members.

Perhaps this would be a good opportunity to consider FSB membership?
