Hi Guys,

I have recently started a new and innovative service for the UK market. I am currently in talks with a Telecoms company with the view for them to offer it to their clients.

He has asked me

1) what are the commercials for this product?

I think I know what he is asking but I dont want to look stupid so I thought I'd just check with how you guys would read this.

Thanks

Subject to the full context of the conversation I would normally take the "commercials" to mean information relating to the pricing and any T&Cs that would impact the likely cost/ profitability (ie if you offer sale or return but not which country legal juristriction will be used)

Sounds more to me like the blind leading the blind  If those are the sorts of conversations you are going to be having together, then either talk the same language or not all. If you didn't understand what he said, then you should have asked immediately for it to be clarified.

Communication is a two-way street; it requires TRANSMISSION and RECEPTION otherwise there is no communication :D

It was via email, so instead of going back to him asking

"umm what do you mean?"

and looking a right plonker, I thought I would just double check. Delayed my response by 5-10 minutes but least I can answer his question :)

Like i said, i was 90% sure what he was getting at but wanted clarification to avoid looking stupid
