Tender questions

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and to public sector tenders. I have a few questions and would be grateful if somebody could help.

1. Contract value - (e.g. £300-£500) Is this value including or excluding VAT?
2. Pricing/Quote - When you send your pricing - would you do including or excluding VAT?

Always quote ex-VAT, and state that VAT will be added at the prevailing rate (assuming you're VAT registered).

You've no idea if the VAT rate is going to change by the time you get to invoice.
