Hey everyone, I have a business that will be receiving some sample products from my suppliers on a loan basis and I need to write up a loan agreement. Do you know where I could get a template for this type of legal document?
Have you asked the suppliers if they have an agreement for this type of arrangement? These would likely cover off the key risk areas, and whilst generally drafted in the suppliers favour, it would possibly be a good starting point, particularly if this isn’t something that will occur often going forward.
If you are a start-up, it would possibly be better use of your funds to have T&Cs drafted to cover your goods/ services that you will supply going forward. Presumably they will have more "mileage" and protect you in the long run.
