I'm currently self employed but have managed to get a temp job via an agency were my tax and NI will be paid. I will still be running my own business as a sideline so was wondering what forms if any I might need to fill in.

If you already registered with HMRC, for the self employed business, then you do not have to fill in any further forms, (you may have to fill in a P46 with the agency though) When you do your tax return you just fill in the boxes. The agency will give you a P60, at tax year end) showing your tax deductions.
