Potentially looking to change my telesales team over the coming weeks due to some very poor responses from the current team im having to do it all myself.

Ideally im looking for the following:

• A telesales team with a team larger than 5 agents
• A team that has experience in selling either online diretory advertising or websites prefferbly both.
• A company that has a capibbility to record all calls made and send me a report at the end of the day and also be prepared to send at least 4 recorded calls to me a day for quality checks.
• A target driven team that has a history of results and can deliver.

Also i may want to inspect your offices to see that the infactstructure is in place to cope with the level of calls i would want to send.

It sounds like your looking for an individual, and in the next line it looks like your looking for a team.

Also do you have the budget fo rhtis sort of thing?

Maybe your team was not doing so well as people took one look at the website and thought better of it. Your website is your shop window and I think it needs some work.
