We've got a number of staff who are currently doing a good job on the phone calling businesses and individuals to promote our business. I would, however, like them to be doing an excellent job

Can anyone recommend any good online resources to help me take our team to the next level?

I'd be interested in attending some seminars with or without them if anyone knows how I could go about finding something pertinent in our local area (Oxford)?
