Telesales company required

We have a client who is wanting the services of telesales company.

They are an outside catering company who cover the area of Rugby.

They want to find out possible companies who buy in their services
( corporate and business lunches )and gain an email contact to keep in touch with.

The possible clients can be any type of business but obviously an office based client within reach of the Rugby area.

If anyone knows of a list that can be bought then that would be great but as we cannot locate one - building the list through telesales seems the best option.
