Telephone Answering Service for startup/ no contract or set up fee

Hello,

We are looking for a telephone answering service that would be able to offer the following:

- book appointments for us using their own appointment booking system of some kind
- allow us access to view and change any bookings
- no contract or set up fee
- easy to change to a different plan if needed
- fixed price per month, ideally unlimited number of incoming calls
- Provide a landline line and option to also have an 0800 number
- have a dedicated person/small dedicated group answering our calls (we don't anticipate many calls for the first 2 months, so we probably just need a dedicated person to start)
- Take messages and relay messages via email or text to the right staff
- no surcharges e.g. for hang ups
- coverage - 7 days/week

We may also need a secured credit card payment processing service.

Obviously what we are looking for may be too ideal. I have heard great things about Moneypenny, but it does not seem to offer some of the services we seek.

If anyone has better suggestions, please advise. Much appreciated in advance.
