I'm hoping to set up a traditional tea room in Cheshire with my sister.
We ran a coffee shop together about 15 years ago. Before that, I set up and ran a delicatessen.
I'm an ex-teacher, retrained in journalism in 2008 and now also a copywriter. My sister is a science teacher.
We plan to sell our houses and move up north (from London).
We nearly signed on a property last month but had a bad survey. We are viewing another one this weekend.
Looking forward to 'chatting' with fellow caterers and business owners on here and hopefully picking up some ideas.
