I am investigating IOSS options for a micro business that ships a small number of parcels to the EU each month.
Starting with Royal Mails website, I can register with Taxamo and there is an extension available for OpenCart to integrate Taxamo and calculate the correct VAT, etc., but I am missing a crucial step.
I purchase Royal Mail postage on line and have too low a volume for a business account. I can't see any way to state that VAT and duty have been taken care of. It seems everything will just be treated as DDU as it is now. There's nowhere to enter an IOSS number, for example, that will be printed on the CN22/23.
How does this all work?
