Target Market? Help Needed

[CSS - Employee Surveys]

Hi

We are looking to set our own consulting business in the Northwest which provide employee satisfaction surveys to SME's throughout the UK.

I need help on how to reach these companies (which have at least 10+ employees) as we have a v.small budget and was wondering what would be the best way to contact/find/locate the correct type of businesses that would be interested in our product.

Perhaps speak to your local Business Link/RDA for initial advice on where you might be able to buy in this type of research.

You could also join local business networks and for example perhaps do some targetted direct mail through your local Chamber of Commerce and attend networking events.

Our local council has an online business directory of businesses in our borough- might be worth checking to see if your council has something similar.

You could also look at partnering with HR/Legal people/Accountants
