Hi,
By searching for CPU upgrade for notebook at eBay and other sites, I find an item which could fit my needs, but it was in china site taobao.com. Later I find out the way how to purchase via broker company taobaogle.com. After registering at site I was directed to pay for item plus local shipping (within the country). Than they should had send quotation for shipping. But came only one bill via DHL which was the most expensive way. I did not have any choice and agreed to pay second part. Yesterday I received item, but not right order. It was chipper model and was useless.
It will cost me if I’ll resend it back, with zero chance to get it proper one. I am disappointed and even they did not post my comment on their site.
I don’t know its just bad luck or its usual for china sites?

i have bad experience with them too.
Their service is not profesional.
Amateur personal only with them.
I have bought several product with total cost example 230$, their check out system was calculating 300$, as I ask them, they said : it is alrite you can pay them. Ok np and then I pay.
And then later i want some other stuff , i send this later order via email. Actually this order is addition to first order and i want them together send. But they separate it in to 2 package. And i paid twice.
Its stil long from finished
I receive my track nr, and its landed in CANADA !! for Gods sake very Amateur
and i cant track my 2nd Package now. As for 1st package, their customer in canada send to indonesia and its on the way now.
And its almost 2 months from now.
I will use later taobaoagent from my country, indonesia. They use excel for calculating but its better that way, i want to pay only what i bought. And i can pay via local bank transfer. Taobaogle did refund my 40$ though.
My opinion : stay away from them. I am still asking them my 2nd package. I can not track it, i know its not a big money. But stil im hoping to make profit from it.

Hi, even when the amount its not big, Its not fear way of doing business,
But if you look at their Feedbacks(testimonials), only positive ones are posted. From the begin they tray to be very nice and I didn't pay attention that its only few positive FB per month. But at the end all was cheating. Its good that all my expenses was about 110$. I can imagine how many bad FB they have, but they are not posted. The worst experience ever I met is Taobaogle .
For you I wish you good luck |) Definitely in the future I'll look for other service.

It ends up 2nd package is lost somewhere in canada. Taobaogle.com dont want to give my money back. I tell you guys beware of this scammers. I will update if they refund. But until now, they only said : it has been shipped from 24th January. It is 18 march today. So avoid this service if you could.

Actually, I know this sucks cuz i always purchase on taobao.com, tho i m a chinese, i have to be careful of the countless frauds (either they give you cheaper stuff or just garbage ).

you have to find someone who are chinese to help you to buy the stuff, but there is a simple way, you can check the numbers that the item has been bought and the mark has been given.(normally a good one wil be around 4.6)

if that item is purchased lower thant 10 times or mark is lower than 4.5, just go and find something else.

I have found it very easy to get a refund or exchange when buying directly from Taobao.
