Hi all,
First post from me!
I'm planning on opening a food and drink shop in Bristol (not a restaurant/cafe - more like a deli), in a premises that is currently A1 classified.
However...due to the lack of take away coffee venues in the area, and the fact that the premises is on a busy route to central Bristol, I was planning on buying a coffee machine and offering take away coffees in the mornings pre-9am.
I've read conflicting advice in other places, but am I right in thinking that I could get away with sticking with the A1 classification, rather than having to apply for A3?
All thoughts and help welcome!
Thanks
