I am interested in a tailored solution for the following:
Opening new companies or acquiring a dormant companies in the UK and Gibraltar.
Tasks needed are out of scope of a simple virtual office, by far. Therefore, a permanent employee, holding a Power of Attorney or a small staff on permanent basis and physical office space will be needed in order to operate the companies.
Primary tasks to be performed will be engaging major banks, either remotely or by personal visit for the purpose of opening merchant account for E-commerce (online sales).
The E-commerce accounts will be needed to process payments of variety of products which will be marketed through said companies websites.
Holding the Power of Attorney of said companies will enable the employee(s) to sign relevant papers.
All instructions will be issued by us, mainly via phone, email, fax or video-conference.
Absolute minimization of back- and forward-going paperwork will be needed since the very beginning of the process - that is starting from the companies opening/acquiring, (E.g. we do not intend to fill out 30+ pages of some bank account opening contract from our side - that among many others, will be the task of the employee(s)).
