Visually it looks great.
However it's a bit techie, I wouldnt have the first clue what I would need as a customer (and I'm a tech savvy person). It's not just you it's an industry thing, having just purchased a horizon system, all telephony suppliers talk in their own language. I would suggest highlighting a start here type page to identify the type of system that would suit their business.

Hello Carl,

We actually brought a CRO agent on-board to help with making our product pages more user friendly to our target audience. Our target audience generally consists of business owners or a business staff member with a light IT understanding. We've removed a large amount of "telecoms jargon" to try and make it more relatable to our target audience. Did you have a chance to look at our Business VoIP page? We actually offer Horizon so it would be interesting to see how much of the information resinates with you.

Let me know your thoughts?

The design and implementation are both solid. It's not how I would build things*, but I think it's a job well done.

*Only saying this as a qualifier that I don't think there's One True Way to build a website.

In general, a really nice looking site.

Two quick spots:

1) The http version of your site doesn't redirect to your https version (although I can see a canonical so maybe you have a reason for this?)
2) There is a typo in the footer to Call Centre Analtics, rather than Analytics!
