Morning, we are opening our business in a few days and I was just checking what everyone's cleaning schedule is so we are on top of things for when we get council inspecting.
We are low risk and just sell drinks and sweets mainly shelves the jars are kept on so can't see alot need doing weekly and monthly.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks
