Survey! Help Me Please :)

Hi everyone.

I started a thread a few days ago about a survey that we are doing. We're trying to obtain consumer opinions about the products that we offer and basically work out if our range is suitable.

If you have a spare minute, would you mind taking our survey.

It literally takes about one minute and there are only 10 short questions.

I mentioned in the previous thread about using Survey Monkey. I have to say it is one of the best survey tools that I have ever used!

Done, but not sure if the structure of the survey is very useful if you don't know what 'port' is. I don't, so the rest of the questionaire is irrelevant really, if I don't know what this is, why would I consider giving it as a present?

Not sure if you need to be a paid subscriber to do this, but it might be good if you could break up the survey in 2 pages and those who don't know either don't carry on the survey or you could explain on the next page what this is to them.

Struggling to see the real value of the output though. eg If I answered 'no' to "Do I know what port is", there was no where to go. Possibly a 'Would I like to know more about Port' would have helped?

I had my first proper port experience a few months ago, I'd drank it before but not like this. It was a 45 year old vintage, decanted and I had to keep an eye on the person to my left to ensure his glass wasn't empty - Superb!
