Hi, I am doing my MBA dissertation about the possibility of introducing a new model with an increased use of reusable packaging from online retailers. I started the surbey and stopped as it focused to much on groceries, and I don't shop for these online, for two reasons, mainly becuase the delivery charges are two high, but I am not organised enough to shop like that either.

However interms of packaging if I did, I would happily pay a deposite for delivery boxes, which got exchanged free if they wore out, and I got my deposit back when I return them becuase I didn't need them any more, and that way didn't need any plastic bags. Paper bags could also be used as you don't have to carry them.
