Feldon i really dont want to go into that side of things on this thread, everything that side is in order and the lender is at the mercy of a very very experienced advocate of 40 years.
To be honest most ppl feel and comment, clearly with no intention to offend that it must be the borrower who is at fault. In this case itd most def not, in a nutshell the police are also involved and awaiting all original document that the solicitor holds to be provided to them immediately after the civil action has been concluded. This has become a very very serious matter involving a number of organisations and will not under any circumstances be swept under any carpet.
If you have any comments on the original post question it would be appreciated.

It is extremely unusual for the police to wait for the conclusion of a civil case before considering a prosecution. It is always the other way around.
