Suggestions please

My partner and started a small business 3 years ago, we idetified a real need aand the business has grown to the stage were we now employ 3 other people.

However, as we have grown so rapidly, we have always been short of cash and we need to remedy this situation.

We need about 20,000 pounds to move on. The bank are not helpful as we have no security.

Anyone have any ideas, this problem is beyond our experience.
