Subsistence

Good morning, I've seen a few transactions on our bank statement for NYA Air-Serv. Never knew what they were but looks like it may be beverages from vending machines. Does any know? If so, I'm guessing I'd enter this under "subsistence". What would the tax code be? (We are running a courier business which can keep drivers on the road for hours *this was a director's expense).

It is a charge for pumping air in your tyres, the have changed the machine, so you probably payed with contactless.

As said it for tyre pumps and vehicles washing It is simply a maintance / workshop bill in my veiw

Was going to say, my dad maintained their machines after he retired, got bored and wanted a little job.

They are the big silver machines that have a vacuum, water and tyre compressor in them. You choose what you want and pay by cash or contactless.
