striking off LTD co

Hi

Currently applying to have a company I started dissolved

I have filled in the DS01 form and enclosed the fee by postal order

Now I understand I need to send a copy of the form to any creditors etc

(there is only 2 RBS for account fees and PITNEY BOWES)

There is no other creditors to the company, these have only cropped up while the company has not been trading and I forgot to cancel the account so it racked up unplanned OD fees from PB trying to take rental out for a machine I had already sent back!

to be honest they are that small of debts (under £500) If i was in a position to pay them i would just pay them and have done with it! anyway at present i am not!

Is there anyone else I should/need to send a copy to?

Obv I will keep a copy for my own records


And do I need to copy each section across the 3 sheets?

Should I also send a copy of the CH payment/ postal order?

Don't send copies of your postal order, creditors are not interested in fee paid to Companies House. You may need to send a copy of the DS01 to HMRC with a letter to advise them of the strike off, even if they are not owed anything.
