Hi all,
I'm after some advice regarding a limited company I set up back in January.
Basically, I naively decided I wanted to become an Amazon FBA seller. In order for me to obtain a seller account, I understood at the time that I needed to have a business. I therefore set about registering a ltd company on the companies house website.
As with most things I do, and after plenty more research on the work involved in finding products etc etc, I decided this wasn't for me.
The company never traded, and I assumed it would just sit dormant. However, when searching on the companies house register, I found that the company was listed as 'Active'. I have therefore filled out the DS01 form to 'Strike off a company from the register'.
My concern now is surely it's not as simple as just filling in that form?
If someone could give me an idea of an extra steps I should take, or any further forms I need to fill in, then that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance
