Spoke to my bank manager (Natwest) and they recommend Streamline as 90% of my orders are from the USA, however I am concerned that if I supply my product that sells for $1200 and ship it to the USA an additional $295, if they dispute the transaction I will lose alot of business.
I read in the press that one user of Streamline was sueing them as they have processed £250K in chargebacks to this one company.
Now what can I do to safe guard myself from someone fraudulently using a card to get the product then disputing the payment, costing me a huge loss?
Obviously, if it is a business I can get them to supply an official purchase order and providing we ship to the billing address I should be fine?
Or get them to complete a credit card form (a competitor does this) and email it back with the order.
