Stock control software with barcode scanner

Hello

does any one know any cheap of free stock control software i think they call it that

a system which will tell us how many item we have in stock what we pay and what we sell them for etc some thing really basic also would be great if we could use a usb barcode scanner with it

ive just paid for that and really happy its really easy to use and does every thing what i want and under £60 cant go wrong
