Hello forum,
I am about to open first Ltd in my life and having a question about mandatory "Combined Company Register" book.
It looks like a _paper_ journal/book easy to misplace or loose and I forgot how to use pen in our digital age.
Is there a way to keep this Register in digital form ?
Are there templates for it around ? (Word/Excel)
Googling did not give me useful answer and looking at search results it does not look like this thing is a popular or that every Ltd follows the legal requirement at all without any legal penalty.
Am I right ?
it looks like it is mandatory based on
LEGAL REQUIREMENT in The Companies Act 1985 that states a Limited Company must keep registers
of the following:
· Register of Members (shareholders)
· Register of Directors and Secretaries
· Register of Directors interests
· Register of Mortgages and Charges
· Register of Debentures
· Minutes of Directors and General Meetings
· Share Certificates
