Hi

I am currently trying to raise equity capital and have regisered with a few companies online that introduce entrepreneurs to high net worth investors.

I am having poor results mainly being contacted by companies wanting to offer services rather than being investors wanting further information.

Does anyone know a good company where there are good quality investors.

Thanks in advance

Gaele,

You can try my new site inbizvest dot com, its in beta but costs nothing so is worth a try. Also if you put your business plan up and e-mail me I can send you a free upgrade voucher and maybe able to put you directly in touch with some investors I know.

Thanks

Simon

Welcome to UKBF Gaele - although I don't know how you manage to have no posts on the site at all.

I might be able to help. I have a friend/colleague who raises commercial finance for people. If you would like more details, PM me and I'll give you all his info.
Hi Ashley,

Thanks for replying to my post.

I am new to the forum and getting used to it.

If your friend can help with raising equity rather than debt finance great.

you can pass me his info or get him to get in touch via my site.

Kindest regards,

Have you tried Angelsden? They are a professional outfit who will get your business summary/plan in front of lots of people.

Looking at your web site, I think your main problem is the sector you are operating in. Nobody is touching property at the moment. You need to have a compelling reason why values will rise not fall in the next 3-5 years.

Hi Carmenes
You are correct the sentiment is rather down fo the minute but the business model is simple and very attractive as we buy below the local market one you have added all the extra cost.

I am sure most people are thinking it is only a question of time before the tide turns in Brazil but I am active there for the minute and returns over the past 6 months are in the region of 18%.

Where my site is conservative, I am comfortable that in the long run the Brazilian economy will keep improving as it is in a different cycle with a go 10 years positive outlook.

I am sure many people that read this will think I am dreaming but so be it we all have a right to an opinion.
Thanks for your input.
