My question is
Can any body make a shopping website and the person make agreement with some traditional store, that I will sale your products over web and you have to give me that commission on each sale ?

So there is a link between a website with the traditional business? Can this be done ?

This could be possible but legalities will have to be water-tight and your relationship with the store owner would have to be very close - the first thing that springs to mind is 'how do you maintain / track stock levels?'.

yes it can be done, the best basis being that you get an agreement with the store that you will set up and manage the store for 'x', 'x' being whatever set of charges you want e.g. setup, management, commision etc.

You wouold label the store as theirs, however, making it very clear in the contact or dedicated page that you noperat on behalf of 'x'.

The only issue, which is easy to overcome, is transaction payments. The best solution, I believe, is set things up so the store is paid direct and you do not touch the money!
