Stamp Duty

Did a project the other day for a client who wanted a Buy to Let stamp duty calculator.

Which got me thinking. If you want to do the calculation there are loads of sites that do it for you but none of them have it all in one place.

So I built a plugin that works in England and NI, Scotland and Wales and covers FTB, Standard rates and BTL.

Seems to work OK

Is there anything missing?

One thing I thought about adding was a table underneath the result showing the different rates.

This is just one of a suite of plugins I'm fiddling with. I've got the main loan calculator but this has a zillion options. These new calculators are much simple and designed to do just one thing.

Have you got an ETS Capital Gains calculator ? ( Evict to Sell as in what comes at the end of BTL )

I can do. I need to do some research on how the numbers are calculated first.

Thats actually a very nice little design and very easy to use. I would say it's better than a lot fi similar calculators you find on the web - great job!
