I am web programmer. I made a website a couple years back for a spy gadgets supplier. Last year he left his business and handed over the e-commerce site over to me. I receive like 10 to 20 queries a month through emails despite the fact that all the products are set to out of stock on the website regarding the products as the website has good ranking on the Google for some products.

I am now thinking of finding a good supplier and start running the business myself. What I am looking for is a good supplier whom I could trust. I must say that it would be my first venture. Please suggest where to start with.

You need to decide whether your selling to the B2C gadget market or direct to Private investigators?

If its the later then you need specialist suppliers! Contact the association of British investigators for advice on wholesale.

These guys acctually dropship spy pens thry are http://www.dropthegoods.com/index.ph...products_id=31 They are a dropshipper. They only have Spy Pens in at the moment but they may get more variety of spy products in the future. Might be worth keeping an eye on.

Slight word of warning on the spy pens, they are the subject of IP rights issues mainly through ebay, which sees any sales listings regularly pulled, with penalties on the sellers, at least one of which has been banned by ebay for the attempted selling of these.

They are fine to sell on private sites, but don't expect to sell them through larger platforms.

I am a bit confused on using larger platforms. You mean I can sell from my own e-commerce site but not to go for eBay and amazon etc. Right ?
