Spanish address!?

Hi guys,
Trying to tie up loose ends before I move to Spain... what should I do about notifying the income tax people about my new address? The business is still registered and trading in the UK, but the only UK address I have is now a PO Box. Should I let them know my Spanish address? How do I go about doing that?

If you are emigrating to Spain you need to contact HMRC as they will have a form for you to complete. They will require your permanent UK or Spain address. I am not sure what the rules are for running a business from Spain, in the UK and whether there are any implications.

If you are using the PO Box for business then Royal Mail will need to know your Spain address or a UK permenant address. Anyone can find out the address behind a PO Box if they contact Royal Mail

I also note that you are originally based in Scotland so different rules may apply.
