Hi. Just taking the opportunity to introduce myself. A longtime expat in numerous countries, a director level consultant or CEO of various companies, specialising in business development and growth from a marketing / sales perspective.
Turnaround of ailing businesses, major expansion of market share or overall sales, and the launch of new products and services, I am looking for a suitably challenging opportunity to get my teeth into.
Preferred sectors do NOT include computer software or hardware, and I have most fun working on the dramatic growth of SME's essentially with up to 250 employees.
Looking forwards to hearing from anyone that knows of anything in this category.
Also, if you recognise that the single most important skill-set to any business venture, is marketing, but you suspect that you don't know as much as you'd like to, then email me for details of my blogs on Dynamic Strategies for Marketing Any Business.
After all, there are only three ways to "grow" any business. All of which involve getting more customers, and increasing total sales. And the more effective one markets the less actual selling one needs to do.
