Hi all, we are a startup company (side huddle level) making pet products and are hoping to move to higher volumes in the future. I’ve contacted Chinese manufacturers for hard/soft wood planks and they are good quotes but the transport costs to England are too high (10 prototype samples of our finished product weighs 200+kg). Has anyone worked with any uk or Eastern European factories for reasonable rates (currently working in pine but would like to move to lightweight hardwoods)?
