source good legal advice for business

i need to get an agreement set up that is out of the ordinary so need to talk to someone who has a good track record and knows what they are doing.

that is the problem it is not standard deffo not partnership agreement i thk, as that means that i am responsible for the companies taxes plus the company i am dealing with is a limited company.

The best way to source a good solicitor, as for anything, is by personal recommendation. I can recommend a brilliant criminal solicitor. Does that help you?
