Some advice with a barber shop.

Im thinking of starting a barber shop soon, would it be possible to run this shop on just self employed staff renting chairs, rather than employing people. Also how successful are small barber shops.

You can have more control of staff you employ. You can rent a chair to someone but may have trouble getting them working when you want.
