Hi there!I have got 55000 gbp debt and for not anticipated reason I need to move back in my home country EU! Serious family problem!
What is my best option!I do not want to run away so should I apply for bankrupcy but I do not want or IVA is a good option for me because I want to pay back at least some money!!thx

Probably best speaking to a professional, an insolvency practitioner or debt advisor who can look at what current situation is and options available.

Is it personal debt you have incurred or for Limited Company or partnership?

You need to consider personal insolvency options - there are a few but perhaps Bankruptcy might be best depending on your circumstances - need a lot more info to be able to advise.

Then again if you are leaving the country some people would leave the debt in limbo.

No everyone would enter a formal insolvency procedure or deal with their debts in a proper manner.
